How do I schedule my lesson?

As soon as you purchase your session with Sara, you'll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your preferred date and time and a team member of ours will take care of you!

Where will my lesson take place?

All lessons take place over Zoom. You'll get your Zoom link as soon as your lesson time has been scheduled and confirmed.

Can I record my lesson?

Yes! This is one of the benefits of working over Zoom. If you'd like your lesson to be recorded, simply let your coach know. After your lesson, your coach will email you the link to download your video recording. To protect the privacy of our coaches, we ask that you keep your recording for your own personal use only, and not share it with others.

How should I prepare for the lesson?

It's a good idea to have a song in mind that you'd like to work on during your session. We recommend that you use a computer with high-speed internet for your lesson. You should also plan to be in a relatively private space where you'll feel comfortable vocalising and singing out loud.

What if I need to cancel my lesson?

You can cancel and reschedule your lesson for any reason up to 24-hours before the confirmed lesson time.

I'm quite this right for me?

Don't worry, my friend! We have your back. Our coaches have worked with complete beginners who have never sung in front of anyone before, and even seasoned professionals who have completely lost their confidence. Your voice is in great hands, and we will take things one step at a time.
