How many private lessons are included in the program and how do I schedule them?
You get 8 X 30-minute lessons.
When you sign up, you'll get a private link to schedule your 30-minute lesson. You can view your coach's available lesson times in your own time zone and schedule your first lesson right away.
Where do my private lessons take place?
Zoom.
Zoom is one of the best platforms to host private lessons and we'll teach you how to adjust the audio settings to make it suitable for singing. We also video record all lessons and upload them to your private singing library so that you can review them as often as you like.
What if I complete my private lessons and want more?
You can purchase additional private lessons wITH YOUR COACH at a members-only discount rate
Do my private lessons expire?
You have 6 months to complete your private lessons.

What are the live Office Hour Sessions like?
THEY ARE FUN, Lively AND INTERACTIVE!
Our live Office Hour Sessions are led by Krystal and happen three times a month for 1-hour each time. They are a wonderful way for members to get additional coaching, stay on track and learn from one another. At every coaching session, Krystal also runs 15-minute laser coaching, which all active members can apply for. Members who are coached will get Krystal's full attention as if they were in a private vocal lesson together. You will walk away feeling noticeable improvements in your voice and you'll know exactly what to do next to keep making progress. Members observing the laser coaching will also gain incredible insight and learn new tips and tools that they can apply to their own voices too. It's a win-win for all! We always end each live coaching session with an open Q&A too. So if you're stuck on something, bring your question (and voice!) to the coaching call and get the guidance you need.

All live sessions are recorded and available for replay.
